To get result faster it would be better for new affiliate to promote a popular product then a product in other smaller niches.

First thing you need to do is to understand the numbers. Go to Clickbank marketplace. Make sure you sort by popularity, category select ‘business to business’.

For a moment, please ignore $/sale, Future $, Total $/sale and %/sale.
Just focus on %refd and grav.

Keeping the objective in mind that we want sales to come in now matter how small. %refd indicate what’s the percentage of affiliates promoting this product. I would recommend anything from 70% to 80%. In this case, 83% is above expectation.

Next, grav refers to a score that Clickbank assigns to each affiliate product according to their secret formula. It has to do with how many sales and how recently those sales have occurred.

So which means high gravity affiliates are making a lot of commissions on sales. Low gravity means not much sales have occurred. The gravity is an important measure of how successful a product is in the marketplace.

However, I would recommend new affiliate to select a product with gravity somewhere between 70 and 180 if you are not comfortable or ready to compete with other big affiliates.
